Most efficient way to study!

If you look back on your day, you will see that you have a lot of free time. When you look back on your day, you will see that there are many gaps in your life: when you are waiting for someone, when you are sitting on the toilet, when you are waiting for the train, when you are traveling by car, and so on.

You can create even more gap time consciously. That is, you can schedule your day pretty tightly, and then use the gaps between those schedules.

The reason why I am so concerned about the gaps is that it allows me to concentrate in the short term, as I do not want to waste time in a tense situation where the next thing is coming up in a short period of time.

For example, if you hear that you have to study for 3 hours from now, most people will lose motivation at once. But when you think about working hard for 5 minutes, don't you suddenly feel motivated? You only have five minutes. When you think that you can solve this problem if you work hard for one problem, you suddenly become motivated. These five minutes are worth more than an hour of lazy time.

Even when I have nothing special to do, I force myself to create a gap and concentrate.

The way I do this is by alternating between studying and strength training: if I study for 10 minutes and then do strength training for 10 minutes, the small break in time makes the 10 minutes worthwhile, and I can run as fast as I can for both for 10 minutes.

As a result, hours can easily pass with this repetition, which is good for your brain, good for your body, and good for your health.
